Return Eligibility

  • Merchandise purchased online at can be returned within 30 days of the order fulfillment date to receive a full refund, store credit, or exchange for a new color or size.
  • Returns must be initiated via email to Items returned without first initiating the return process will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Products listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Initiating a Return

  • Submit a return request through email at using your order number and email address linked to the online order.
  • Include your reason for returning and return outcome (full refund, exchange, or store credit).
  • Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive a return label: print the prepaid return label to ship back your item(s).
  • Affix the label to the original package and ship it back to us within 14 days of initiating the return. Returns that are not shipped back within 14 days will be canceled. 

Full Refunds

  • If you request a full refund for your returned items, once we have received your return package we will issue a refund within 5* business days. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
  • Refunds will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase, minus the shipping cost for the original order and a $6.00 handling fee to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.


  • We offer color and size exchanges for products of the same style and value.
  • If you would like to exchange a product for a new color or size, follow the steps above to initiate a return and mention you would like to exchange.
  • Once your return package is in transit (as marked by your carrier), your exchange order will be shipped out within 2 business days.
  • Exchanges do not incur a handling fee.

Store Credit

  • You have the option to receive store credit for your returned items which can be applied to a new order on
  • Returns for store credit do not incur a handling fee, but the shipping cost for the original order will not be credited.
